New Brand Signage.

USER FRIENDLY SIGNAGE

Islands commissioned us to design and create a set of interior and exterior signage to embellish their user-friendly offices that would provide the branding touches as well as the more functional signage for directions, meeting rooms and glass manifestation. From new carpets to designer fixtures and fittings, the customer experience was always ‘front of mind’ and our role within this refurbishment, was to help create the user-friendly environment by initially coming up with a branding and numbering system for their new meeting rooms and pods.

MANIFESTAION DESIGNS

We also created a series of vibrant manifestation designs for the glass within the office; making the glass visible (for safety reasons) and helping keep the offices light and open while also allowing for privacy. The signs themselves were expertly manufactured and installed by local signage company, Signtech. 

TRANSFORMATION

The impact of the refurbishment was instant, as soon as you step into the offices at Kingsgate House, not only is there a clarity to the customer journey but the use of stylish decor, ergonomic furniture and consistent branding raises the user experience and sets the scene for even higher levels of service.

MARKETING SIGNAGE

The final part of this phase of the project was to develop a set marketing material to be displayed in the windows and inside the office. The clever use of “light pockets’ to illuminate the suite of Islands’ insurance products was the finishing touch, and are now updated regularly…so watch that space.
